Stir Fried Oyster Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 300 g oyster mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 shallots
- 5 bird's eye chilies
- 2 curly chilies
- 2 bay leaves
- Oyster sauce to taste
- Salt, pepper, seasoning to taste
- A little water
Preparation
Wash the mushrooms clean, squeeze out the water, tear into pieces, and drain.
Slice all the spices and stir-fry with bay leaves until fragrant.
Add the mushrooms, salt, pepper, seasoning, oyster sauce, and a little water.
Stir well, taste, and cook until done.
