Stir Fried Oyster Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 300 g oyster mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 shallots
  • 5 bird's eye chilies
  • 2 curly chilies
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Oyster sauce to taste
  • Salt, pepper, seasoning to taste
  • A little water

Preparation

  1. Wash the mushrooms clean, squeeze out the water, tear into pieces, and drain.

  2. Slice all the spices and stir-fry with bay leaves until fragrant.

  3. Add the mushrooms, salt, pepper, seasoning, oyster sauce, and a little water.

  4. Stir well, taste, and cook until done.
