Indonesian Spicy Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 300 g chicken fillet
  • 1-2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • Salt and sugar to taste
  • Chicken bouillon powder to taste
  • 1 small onion
  • Cooking oil
  • Water as needed

Spice blend

  • 8 shallots
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 7 large red chilies
  • 6 bird's eye chilies
  • 1 thumb ginger

Preparation

  1. Stir-fry the spice blend until fragrant.

  2. Add the onion and cook until wilted.

  3. Add the chicken, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, and chicken bouillon powder to taste, and stir.

  4. Add a little water and cook until the chicken is cooked and the spices are absorbed.

  5. Taste and adjust seasoning.
