Indonesian Spicy Chicken Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 300 g chicken fillet
- 1-2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- Salt and sugar to taste
- Chicken bouillon powder to taste
- 1 small onion
- Cooking oil
- Water as needed
Spice blend
- 8 shallots
- 3 garlic cloves
- 7 large red chilies
- 6 bird's eye chilies
- 1 thumb ginger
Preparation
Stir-fry the spice blend until fragrant.
Add the onion and cook until wilted.
Add the chicken, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, and chicken bouillon powder to taste, and stir.
Add a little water and cook until the chicken is cooked and the spices are absorbed.
Taste and adjust seasoning.
