Squid and Cucumber Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 450 grams squid
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Pepper to taste
Ground spices
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 shallots
- 3 curly chilies
Preparation
Clean the squid and cut it into rounds. Cut the cucumber and remove the middle part.
Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and sauté the ground spices until fragrant.
Add the squid pieces and stir-fry until the color changes, then add the cucumber pieces, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, a little salt, sugar, and pepper.
Cook until done on high heat, taste test, remove from heat, and serve.
