Squid and Cucumber Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 450 grams squid
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Ground spices

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 shallots
  • 3 curly chilies

Preparation

  1. Clean the squid and cut it into rounds. Cut the cucumber and remove the middle part.

  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and sauté the ground spices until fragrant.

  3. Add the squid pieces and stir-fry until the color changes, then add the cucumber pieces, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, a little salt, sugar, and pepper.

  4. Cook until done on high heat, taste test, remove from heat, and serve.
