Stir-Fried Sausage and Oyster Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 4 sausages, sliced (I used kimbo multipurpose sausages)
- 150 grams oyster mushrooms, torn
- 2 stalks green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Sauce
- 1.5 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili sauce
- 100 milliliters water
- Salt, sugar, pepper
Preparation
Heat a little oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the sausage and stir-fry briefly.
Add the oyster mushrooms and all the sauce ingredients, cook until everything is done, adjust the seasoning to taste, then remove from heat and serve.
Tips
This dish is very simple to prepare and can be slightly spicy due to the chili sauce, so adjust spiciness based on preference.
