Oyster Mushroom and Water Spinach Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 200g oyster mushrooms
  • 5 stalks water spinach
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Water as needed
  • Oil for stir-frying

Seasonings

  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Mushroom seasoning

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry garlic until fragrant.

  2. Add water spinach and stir-fry briefly, then add oyster mushrooms and stir-fry again. Add a little water.

  3. Add seasonings, adjust to taste, stir well, and taste test.

  4. Stir-fry for a few more moments, then turn off the heat, remove, and serve with warm rice.

Tips

  1. Optionally add shrimp or dried shrimp if desired.
