Oyster Mushroom and Water Spinach Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 200g oyster mushrooms
- 5 stalks water spinach
- 4 cloves garlic
- Water as needed
- Oil for stir-frying
Seasonings
- Salt
- Sugar
- Mushroom seasoning
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry garlic until fragrant.
Add water spinach and stir-fry briefly, then add oyster mushrooms and stir-fry again. Add a little water.
Add seasonings, adjust to taste, stir well, and taste test.
Stir-fry for a few more moments, then turn off the heat, remove, and serve with warm rice.
Tips
Optionally add shrimp or dried shrimp if desired.
