Easy Indonesian Oyster Mushroom Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 1 package Oyster Mushrooms (about 1/4 kg)
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 4 shallots / 1/2 onion
- 6 bird's eye chilies
- 2 red curly chilies
- 1 stalk Green Onion
- 1 tsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp Mushroom Stock / mushroom bouillon
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- Salt and sugar to taste
- A little oil for sautéing
Preparation
First, cut the root part of the mushrooms, then shred them.
Wash the mushrooms with running water, then boil briefly in boiling water for about 1 minute, then drain and squeeze until the water reduces to remove the musty smell.
Slice garlic and onions thinly, along with the two types of chilies, then sauté until fragrant. After that, add the oyster mushrooms, add salt, sugar, mushroom stock and oyster sauce, and cook until the spices are absorbed and even.
After that, if the taste is right, add the sliced green onions and sauté briefly.
Finally, add sesame oil, sauté again until fragrant and even.
The stir-fried oyster mushrooms are ready to serve.
