Oyster Mushroom and Baby Corn Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 250 grams oyster mushrooms
  • 6 baby corn
  • 2 small chayote squash
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Stock powder to taste

Sliced spices

  • 5 shallots
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 large green chilies
  • 3 curly red chilies
  • 3 bird's eye chilies

Preparation

  1. Sauté the sliced spices until fragrant.

  2. Add the chayote and baby corn, followed by the oyster mushrooms.

  3. Season with salt, pepper, and stock powder, adjust the taste, remove from heat, and serve.
