Easy Spicy Tempe Sambal
Ingredients
- 1/2 block tempe
- Oil for frying
Marinade
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- 100 ml water
Sambal spices
- 30 red bird's eye chilies
- 5 curly chilies
- 3 cloves garlic
- Salt to taste
- Stock powder to taste
Preparation
Fry the tempe until cooked and crispy, then drain.
Pour a little hot oil from frying over the ground sambal spices.
Add the tempe, crush it lightly until partially broken, and mix well with the sambal spices. Ready to serve.
Notes
Serves 3 people.
This dish is easy to make and will make you want to eat more rice.
