Crispy Cumin Chickpea Toast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 can chickpeas
  • 1/2 avocado
  • sourdough bread or any bread

Seasonings

  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Heat a skillet with some oil and add the chickpeas.

  2. Add all the seasonings and stir well; cook for about 5 minutes.

  3. Toast the bread, add the avocado and chickpeas, and serve.
