Crispy Cumin Chickpea Toast
Ingredients
- 1/2 can chickpeas
- 1/2 avocado
- sourdough bread (or any)
Seasonings
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp basil
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Heat a skillet with some oil and add the chickpeas.
Add all the seasonings and give it a good shake; cook for about 5 minutes.
Toast the bread, add the avocado and chickpeas, and enjoy.
