Crispy Air Fryer Salmon Nuggets with Aioli

Ingredients

Salmon nuggets

  • 1 fillet of salmon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Sprinkle of salt and pepper

Lemon garlic aioli

  • 1/4 cup Mayo
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Cut the salmon into small, inch sized bites

  2. Get 2 shallow bowls

  3. In one, whisk the egg

  4. In the other, add almond flour, garlic, paprika, and salt & pepper

  5. Mix it together

  6. Dip a salmon nugget in the egg then coat in the almond flour mixture

  7. Repeat for each nugget

Cooking

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400F

  2. Add the nuggets in (grease your air fryer if you can)

  3. Cook for 5 minutes, flip, cook 4- 5 more

  4. Remove and eat

Aioli mix

  1. Mix all aioli ingredients together
