Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower Nuggets
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup almond flour
- paprika to your tasting
- garlic powder to your tasting
- salt to your tasting tasting
- black pepper to your tasting
- about 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
Preparation
Preheat oven 450F and line baking sheet with parchment paper
In a bowl mix all your dry ingredients together - set aside
Cut cauliflower in florets (if you aren’t using a bag) and dip into egg then roll in almond flour mixture
Try to keep them from getting clumpy by letting egg drip off before rolling
Also use one hand for egg dipping and the other for almond flour mixture rolling
Place on baking sheet and pop into the oven for 12 minutes
Remove, flip cauliflower nuggets, place back in the oven for another 14 minutes
Once done toss in the buffalo (or bbq etc) sauce! lay back on sheet and bake for about 2 minutes
Remove and enjoy with your favorite dip
