Crispy Paleo Air Fried Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Sprinkle of salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

  1. You need two shallow bowls.

  2. Whisk the egg in one and the flour and spices in the other.

  3. Dip one chicken breast in the egg then in the flour mixture and layer it on with your fingers.

  4. Repeat for the other chicken breast.

  5. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F.

  6. Spray with cooking spray if needed.

  7. Cook the chicken breasts for 8-9 minutes, flip, and cook for 8 more minutes.

  8. Check internal temperature before removing.
