Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan
Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast (can sub Parmesan cheese)
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- Sprinkle of salt and pepper
- Marinara sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Cut the chicken breasts in half and pound them to even them out.
In one bowl, whisk the eggs, and in another bowl, mix the flours, nutritional yeast, and spices.
Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then in the flour mixture.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
Grease the air fryer pan if necessary and add the chicken breasts. Cook in batches if needed.
Air fry for 6 minutes, then flip the chicken, add marinara sauce and sprinkle cheese on each piece, and air fry for another 6 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
