Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • and a sprinkle of salt

Preparation

  1. I cooked 2 chicken breasts in the skillet over medium heat in olive oil for 15 minutes total- flipping halfway through. Flatten the chicken before you put them in the skillet so they cook quicker and always check the internal temp

  2. Then I added them to a bowl and shredded with two forks. then coated with 1 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1 tsp garlic, 1/2 tsp paprika

  3. Cup hot sauce, and a sprinkle of salt
