Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- and a sprinkle of salt
Preparation
I cooked 2 chicken breasts in the skillet over medium heat in olive oil for 15 minutes total- flipping halfway through. Flatten the chicken before you put them in the skillet so they cook quicker and always check the internal temp
Then I added them to a bowl and shredded with two forks. then coated with 1 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1 tsp garlic, 1/2 tsp paprika
Cup hot sauce, and a sprinkle of salt
