Buffalo Cauliflower Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/3 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- Sprinkle of salt
- Sauce
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp hot sauce
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Sprinkle of salt
- Pizza crust of choice ( I used my sweet potato crust at the link in bio! Head there to see how I made it vegan!)
Preparation
Cut the cauliflower into small, bite sized pieces. You want them to be small so the pizza is easier to slice
Coat with the olive oil
Bake at 400F for 30 minutes
When the cauliflower is done, add to a bowl and coat with the rest of the ingredients
In a small bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients
Remove the pizza and spread the sauce on top
Then add spinach or kale and any other veggies you'd want on it
Add the cauliflower on top
Bake for 5 more mins with the sauce, kale, and cauliflower on top
Broil at the end for 1-2 mins
