Spicy Buffalo Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb brussel sprouts
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
  • 1 tbsp oil of choice
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Sprinkle of salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425F

  2. Cut the brussels in half or thirds and add to a bowl. Then add the oil, spices, hot sauce, and nutritional yeast and mix well, coating all the brussel sprouts

  3. Grease a baking sheet and add them to it

  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through

  5. Enjoy!
