Roasted Miso Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
- 2lbs of brussels sprouts, halved
- 1/2 cup of cooking oil
- 4 tbs of melted coconut oil
- 1 tbs of miso paste
- 2 tbs of mustard
- 4 tbs of nutritional yeast
- 1/4 tsp of cayenne
- 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
- salt/pepper to taste
Preparation
Pre-heat over to 400F and line a baking sheet.
In a mixing, add your wet ingredients. Mix well.
Add dry ingredients and mix well. It will form a thick paste to coat the brussels sprouts.
Add you halved brussels sprouts and coat them well.
Add them to your lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle salt/pepper to taste - miso paste can be salty, so make sure you do not oversalt.
Bake for 45 minutes - flip them halfway around 20 minutes.
