Roasted Miso Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 2lbs of brussels sprouts, halved ⁣
  • 1/2 cup of cooking oil ⁣
  • 4 tbs of melted coconut oil ⁣
  • 1 tbs of miso paste ⁣
  • 2 tbs of mustard ⁣
  • 4 tbs of nutritional yeast ⁣
  • 1/4 tsp of cayenne ⁣
  • 1/4 tsp of garlic powder ⁣
  • salt/pepper to taste⁣

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat over to 400F and line a baking sheet. ⁣

  2. In a mixing, add your wet ingredients. Mix well. ⁣

  3. Add dry ingredients and mix well. It will form a thick paste to coat the brussels sprouts. ⁣

  4. Add you halved brussels sprouts and coat them well. ⁣

  5. Add them to your lined baking sheet. ⁣

  6. Sprinkle salt/pepper to taste - miso paste can be salty, so make sure you do not oversalt.⁣

  7. Bake for 45 minutes - flip them halfway around 20 minutes. ⁣
