Ingredients
- sliced mushrooms
- zucchini
- quinoa and brown rice fussili pasta
- spinach
- 2-3 tablespoons vegan cream cheese

Preparation
Prepare the sauce by whisking 2-3 tablespoons vegan cream cheese, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, a generous amount of garlic powder, nutritional yeast, salt, pepper, and a touch of miso paste with hot water.
Sauté sliced mushrooms and zucchini over medium heat.
Add the cooked quinoa and brown rice fussili pasta to the pan.
