This Chicken Harvest Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Also in the salad: onion, feta, pecans, and massaged kale

Preparation

  1. I baked 2 chicken breasts at 400F for 30 minutes

  2. I had brushed them with a little olive oil the sprinkled garlic, pepper, salt, and squeezed a little lemon on top

  3. Do whatever seasoning you want

  4. Combine it all into a jar and mix or a food processor
