Okay wow. This was amazing. I loosely followed @deliciouslyella super green pasta recipe. I wilted 300g of spinach with 250ml of unsweetened soya milk. I then added it to a blender with 4 roasted garlic cloves
a tsp of butter
nutritional yeast
a glug of lemon juice and salt & pepper. Meanwhile I roasted 2 courgettes
a pack of mushrooms and a broccoli in my actifryer
boiled 300g of peas and made 4 portions of brown pasta. Once everything was ready I just mixed all together and bone app the teeth *chefs kiss*
