Hummus

Ingredients

  • 400g chickpeas (canned)⁣
  • 1/3 cup aquafaba (chickpea water)⁣
  • 3 cloves garlic ⁣
  • 3 tbsp tahini⁣
  • 6 tbsp fresh lemon juice⁣
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder⁣
  • 1/2 tsp salt⁣
  • pepper to taste⁣

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until creamy (1-2 minutes)⁣

  2. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed⁣

  3. Garnish with cilantro/parsley and spicy paprika/chili⁣

  4. Serve right away or store in an airtight container in the fridge
