Hummus
Ingredients
- 400g chickpeas (canned)
- 1/3 cup aquafaba (chickpea water)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 6 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until creamy (1-2 minutes)
Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed
Garnish with cilantro/parsley and spicy paprika/chili
Serve right away or store in an airtight container in the fridge
