Low Fodmap Pub-Style Snacking

Ingredients

  • 1. 1 cup of raw macadamia nuts ⁠⠀
  • 2. 1/2 teaspoon garlic infused extra virgin olive oil⁠⠀
  • 3. 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil⁠⠀
  • 4. 2 teaspoons of rosemary sprigs ⁠⠀
  • 5. 1 teaspoon of italian herbs ⁠⠀
  • 6. 1/4 teaspoon of paprika ⁠⠀
  • 7. 1 teaspoon of salt flakes .⁠⠀

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius ⁠⠀

  2. In a small bowl mix the oils, italian herbs and paprika ⁠⠀

  3. Roughly chop up the rosemary ⁠⠀

  4. Add in the macadamia and rosemary into the bowl with the oil and toss to coat the macadamia ⁠⠀

  5. Place the macadamias on a baking tray line with parchment paper

  6. Sprinkle the macadamias with salt ⁠⠀

  7. And bake for around 8-10 until nice and golden

  8. Remove from oven and allow to cool and then serve
