Low Fodmap Pub-Style Snacking
Ingredients
- 1. 1 cup of raw macadamia nuts ⠀
- 2. 1/2 teaspoon garlic infused extra virgin olive oil⠀
- 3. 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil⠀
- 4. 2 teaspoons of rosemary sprigs ⠀
- 5. 1 teaspoon of italian herbs ⠀
- 6. 1/4 teaspoon of paprika ⠀
- 7. 1 teaspoon of salt flakes .⠀
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius ⠀
In a small bowl mix the oils, italian herbs and paprika ⠀
Roughly chop up the rosemary ⠀
Add in the macadamia and rosemary into the bowl with the oil and toss to coat the macadamia ⠀
Place the macadamias on a baking tray line with parchment paper
Sprinkle the macadamias with salt ⠀
And bake for around 8-10 until nice and golden
Remove from oven and allow to cool and then serve
