Ingredients

  • Blend the silken tofu, unsweetened soy/nut/rice milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice until smooth. Add additional milk, if needed
  • Soak each slice of whole grain bread in the mixture, one at a time
  • Heat a pan with a little bit of oil on low-medium (for an oil-free version of this recipe, omit the oil and use a non-stick pan). When warm, add the whole grain bread slices and cook until golden brown and firm on each side (approximately 8 minutes). Serve with fresh banana slices, pumpkin seeds and maple syrup
