Satay Salad Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter - 1 tbsp tamari - 1/2 tbsp maple syrup - a squeeze of lime - a small (or large) squeeze of chilli sauce
  • Salad bowl: - Greens of choice - Potatoes (steamed, boiled, roasted) - Tomatoes
  • - Red cabbage - Celery - Cucumber - Fresh coriander

Preparation

  1. Mix everything together, sprinkle some chilli flakes and enjoy
