Summer Rolls

Ingredients

  • asian inspired minced soy:
  • 1 package of soy mince
  • 2 tbsp of hoisin sauce
  • 1 cm of chopped ginger
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 chili
  • lemon juice and salt to taste

Preparation

  1. You do not have to prepare a lot in advance

  2. Even if you cannot finish everything, you put your vegetables and

  3. It is freaking delicious ? and this is the most important reason! You won't stick to new healthier dishes if you don't like them

  4. So feel free to modify the fillings up to your liking

  5. Hrow everything in your pot with 1/2 cup of water and cook until the onion and garlic are cooked through

  6. Season with lemon juice and salt

  7. If the meat mixture is too liquid add some rice flour mixed in cold water

  8. For the vegetables I usually slice carrots, cucumber and spring onions into sticks and add lettuce or spinach as a leafy green

  9. I soak the rice paper in a pan, because I don't own a fancy plate that is big enough to soak them in

  10. I dip them completely in water and then put them on my plate. The water that stuck to the rice paper will be enough to soften them, just give it 2 min
