she recommends using 3 parts gram flour to 4 parts water (for my single portion I used 75g and 100ml) and then you can whisk up with whatever flavours you fancy - I used a teaspoon of chopped garlic

a handful of fresh chives
& plenty of salt and pepper ? fried with a little olive oil in a small frying pan for a couple of minutes on both sides. Meanwhile I microwaved my leftover chilli mix
then topped the pancake with chilli
