Ingredients
- 2 Medium size beetroot cleaned, cooked and peeled
- 1 can cheakpeas (400g)
- 1/2 lemon ?1 garlic clove
- 3 tbsps Tahini
- Salt to taste
- water to thin
- Place all the ingridients into a foodprocessor and blend until hummus become smooth and creamy
- Taste and adjust the seasoning by adding more salt or lemon if needed
- 2 mittelgroße Rote Beeten , gewaschen gekocht geschält ?1 Dose Kicherebsen (400g)
- Saft von 1/2 Zitrone
- 1 Knoblauchzehe ? 3 ELTahini
- Salz ?etwas Wasser zu verdünnen
