Ingredients

  • 2 Medium size beetroot cleaned, cooked and peeled
  • 1 can cheakpeas (400g)
  • 1/2 lemon ?1 garlic clove
  • 3 tbsps Tahini
  • Salt to taste
  • water to thin
  • Place all the ingridients into a foodprocessor and blend until hummus become smooth and creamy
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning by adding more salt or lemon if needed
  • 2 mittelgroße Rote Beeten , gewaschen gekocht geschält ?1 Dose Kicherebsen (400g)
  • Saft von 1/2 Zitrone
  • 1 Knoblauchzehe ? 3 ELTahini
  • Salz ?etwas Wasser zu verdünnen
