Vegan Black Bean Burger

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of black beans, drained⁣
  • 1 1/2 cups of roasted corn⁣
  • 1/2 tsp of cumin⁣
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder⁣
  • 2 tbs of cooking oil⁣
  • 1 jalapeño, chopped small⁣
  • 2 tsp of adobo paste⁣
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, mash the black beans

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients in the mixing bowl

  3. Mix until well combined

  4. Form your patties with a thickness of about an 1 inch

  5. In a hot pan, fry for about 3 minutes on each side

  6. Enjoy with your favorite veggies and bun!
