Vegan Black Beans Burger
Ingredients
- 1cup black beans (boiled or canned)
- 1 cup +2Tbsp oats
- 1 small parsley root (diced
- 1/2 small zucchini (diced
- salt
- ground pepper, cumin, dried dill, cayenne pepper
- 3cloves od garlic
- 1tsp soy sauce
- Other burger ingredients
- lil bit oil for fry
- burger buns
- Tomatoes
- sweet mango slices
- bbq sauce
- lettuce
- sweet mustard
- red onion
Preparation
Put all patties ingredients into your food processor and blend on middle stage until u get a firm but also smooth consistence
Form burger patties so big as your burger buns and fry them for 3-5min both sides on middle
