Vegan Black Beans Burger

Ingredients

  • 1cup black beans (boiled or canned)
  • 1 cup +2Tbsp oats
  • 1 small parsley root (diced
  • 1/2 small zucchini (diced
  • salt
  • ground pepper, cumin, dried dill, cayenne pepper
  • 3cloves od garlic
  • 1tsp soy sauce
  • Other burger ingredients
  • lil bit oil for fry
  • burger buns
  • Tomatoes
  • sweet mango slices
  • bbq sauce
  • lettuce
  • sweet mustard
  • red onion

Preparation

  1. Put all patties ingredients into your food processor and blend on middle stage until u get a firm but also smooth consistence

  2. Form burger patties so big as your burger buns and fry them for 3-5min both sides on middle
