Vegan Focaccia Bread Art

Ingredients

  • 600g strong flour
  • 1 tsp fast action yeast
  • 30ml olive oil
  • 420ml water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • additional salt for sprinkling

Decorations

  • mini peppers
  • cherry tomatoes
  • chives
  • basil
  • parsley
  • green olives

Preparation

  1. Add the dough ingredients to a breadmaker and use the dough cycle to knead and rise the dough.

  2. Shape the dough into focaccia pans or trays.

  3. Decorate the dough with mini peppers, cherry tomatoes, chives, basil, parsley, green olives, and sprinkle with additional salt.

  4. Preheat oven to 200°C and bake until golden brown and cooked through.
