Yogurt Apple Protein Dip Snack
Ingredients
- Plain yogurt (e.g., Greek yogurt or vegan alternative)
- 1 tablespoon nut butter (almond recommended)
- 1-2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
- Apples, sliced or cut into pieces
Optional additions
- Cinnamon
- Granola
- Crushed nuts
Preparation

Tips
You can skip the protein powder if desired
For a vegan version, choose soya yogurt or another plant-based alternative
