Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • Mix 1/3 cup oats with 1/3 cup vegan yoghurt
  • 1/3 cup plantbased milk
  • and 1 tbsp of chia seeds. Add protein powder if desired (you'll probably need to up the liquid quantity if so). Leave in the fridge overnight and top with all the fruit in the morning ??? Yes
  • it really is that simple! Also you can mix it up by using flavoured yoghurts
  • different kinds of milks (my fave is oat
  • coconut is also delicious)
  • mixing up your fruits
  • topping with nut butter
  • etc etc. Endless delicious combos ? I love overnight oats in summer so lets hope it gets a bit warmer and I'll be tucking in to this every morning
