Preparation

  1. Kale {washed, trimmed & massaged}

  3. Roasted sweet potato & cauliflower {tossed in oil & spices, baked for 40 mins at 425}

  4. Goat cheese & diced red onion for extra flavour

  5. Oil & vinegar for the dressing plus a sprinkle of salt, pepper & chili flakes
