Preparation
For dairy-free green goddess dressing: blend together 1 avocado, 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup olive oil, juice of 1/2 lemon (or 1 small), 2-3 cloves garlic, 3 tbsp fresh parsley, 3 tbsp chives or green onions and salt/pepper to taste
