Mother of All Smoothie Bowls
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- Frozen kale
- Frozen spinach
- Frozen berries
- Frozen mango
- Protein powder
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- Fresh ginger
Toppings
- Various toppings (as desired)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients except toppings until smooth
Pour the mixture into a bowl
Add desired toppings and serve
