Mother of All Smoothie Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • Frozen kale
  • Frozen spinach
  • Frozen berries
  • Frozen mango
  • Protein powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • Fresh ginger

Toppings

  • Various toppings (as desired)

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients except toppings until smooth

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl

  3. Add desired toppings and serve
