Green Smoothie with Banana Spinach and Almond Butter

Ingredients

  • Frozen bananas
  • Rice milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 blocks frozen spinach
  • 3 tbsp dairy-free yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp ground flax and chia seeds
  • 2 tsp maple
  • Handful coconut chips

Preparation

  1. Blitz all ingredients together in a blender.

  2. Enjoy the smoothie.
