Turmeric Mango Chia Shake

Ingredients

Chia pudding

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup almond milk

Shake

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 packet turmeric tonic
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon tocos
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Toppings

  • coconut chips
  • kiwi

Preparation

  1. Mix 2 tablespoons chia seeds with 1/4 cup almond milk and let it sit for at least 15 minutes or until thickened

  2. Blend the shake ingredients: 1/2 cup frozen mango, 1 cup frozen cauliflower, 1 packet turmeric tonic, 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder, 1 tablespoon tocos, and 1/2 cup almond milk until smooth

  3. Assemble by pouring the blended shake over the chia pudding or serving them together, then add coconut chips and kiwi on top
