Turmeric Mango Chia Shake
Ingredients
Chia pudding
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/4 cup almond milk
Shake
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1 packet turmeric tonic
- 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon tocos
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Toppings
- coconut chips
- kiwi
Preparation
Mix 2 tablespoons chia seeds with 1/4 cup almond milk and let it sit for at least 15 minutes or until thickened
Blend the shake ingredients: 1/2 cup frozen mango, 1 cup frozen cauliflower, 1 packet turmeric tonic, 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder, 1 tablespoon tocos, and 1/2 cup almond milk until smooth
Assemble by pouring the blended shake over the chia pudding or serving them together, then add coconut chips and kiwi on top
