Matcha Chia Pudding with Yogurt and Kiwi
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder (e.g., @unicornsuperfoods)
- 1 cup rice-coconut milk or other plant milk
- 3-4 tablespoons chia seeds
- a splash of maple syrup
- coconut yogurt
- kiwi
- coconut chips
Preparation
Mix 1 teaspoon of matcha powder with 1 cup of rice-coconut milk or your favorite plant milk.
Add 3-4 tablespoons of chia seeds and a splash of maple syrup.
Stir well and let the mixture soak in the fridge overnight.
Assemble the pudding in jars with coconut yogurt, sliced kiwi, and coconut chips for serving.
