Ingredients
- 2 cups @gtskombucha Multi-Greens
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 kiwi
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 date
- 1 cup steamed, then frozen cauliflower
Preparation
Throw all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Tips
You can use plant milk or water instead of the kombucha for the base.
