Fig, Banana, and Orange Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 fresh orange
- 4 medium-sized ripe figs
- 1/2 cup plain vegan yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 spoonfuls hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon organic cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon fresh vanilla bean
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Toppings
- Fresh fruit (banana slices, additional figs, berries)
- Optional: 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
- Optional: 1 tablespoon chopped raw nuts, such as almonds, walnuts, or hazelnuts
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a bowl.
Add the desired toppings.
