Fig, Banana, and Orange Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 fresh orange
  • 4 medium-sized ripe figs
  • 1/2 cup plain vegan yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 spoonfuls hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon organic cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon fresh vanilla bean
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Toppings

  • Fresh fruit (banana slices, additional figs, berries)
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon chopped raw nuts, such as almonds, walnuts, or hazelnuts

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl.

  3. Add the desired toppings.
