Oat Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup (heaping) rolled oats. Cook until just a little water is left
  • then I mix in 2 tbsp PB powder and 1.5 tbsp chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Makes it nice and creamy and adds some extra protein

  2. Top with whatever you’d like
