Our Raw Lo Mein

Ingredients

  • 3 tbs of soy sauce
  • 2 tsp of sesame oil
  • 1 tbs of raw coconut nectar
  • 1/2 tsp of grated ginger
  • 1/8 tsp of cayenne pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 spiralized zucchinis
  • 1/3 cup of chopped broccoli
  • 1/3 cup of sliced red bell peppers
  • 1/3 cup of snow peas
  • 1/3 cup of julienne peeled carrots

Preparation

  1. In a pestle and mortar combine first 6 ingredients

  2. Grind down until sauce forms

  3. Place zoodles into a large bowl

  4. Pour sauce into bowl and stir well

  5. Drain noodles of excess liquid and place back in bowl

  6. Top with veggies and garnish with black sesame seeds(we also added sriracha sauce?)
