- 2 scoops vanilla plant protein
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup fruit of choice
- easy dark chocolate protein oats:

- 2 scoops chocolate plant protein
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao or unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup fruit of choice
- easy peanut butter “proats”
- 1/3 cup quick or rolled oats, gf if needed!
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop vanilla plant protein
- 2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter,
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup fruit of choice
