  • 1/2 cup fruit of choice

  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao or unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup fruit of choice
  • easy peanut butter “proats”
  • 1/3 cup quick or rolled oats, gf if needed!
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant protein
  • 2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter,
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup fruit of choice
