Rose Smoothie Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rose water;
  • 1 frozen banana;
  • 1 cup frozen grapes;
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries;
  • 2 celeries stalks;
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds;
  • 1/4 cup oats;
  • 2 tbsp tahini;
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon;
  • 2 cardamom pods
  • Pinch pink sea salt

Preparation

  1. Serve with fresh or dry fruits, like goji berries and white mulberries, some cacao nibs or nuts
