Sticky Tofu Buddha Bowl
Ingredients
- brown rice
- sticky tofu
- air fried vegan sausages (i used vegan chorizo shroomdogs)
- hummus
- sundried tomatoes
- sweetcorn
- cauliflower
- peas
Preparation
Drain the tofu (i buy it already pressed to save time) pan sauté the tofu until crisp
Mix together 1-2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp ketchup, pinch of garlic powder, 1 tsp maple syrup
Remove the tofu from the pan and pour in the sauce
Heat for a few seconds until nice and thick
Stir in the tofu and enjoy hot
