Vegan Oat and Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon flax meal
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 scoop Macr0mike Cheezecake peanut butter protein powder
  • a sprinkle of cinnamon

Toppings

  • strawberries
  • cashew butter
  • seeds

Preparation

  1. Cook the oats and flax meal in soy milk.

  2. Blend the cooked mixture with the frozen banana, frozen blueberries, protein powder, and cinnamon.

  3. Top the blended mixture with strawberries, cashew butter, and seeds.
