Vegan Green Spirulina Porridge Bowl
Ingredients
- 95g oats
- 400ml soy milk
- 20g hemp seeds
- 2 tsp flaxseeds
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp green spirulina
Toppings
- 1/2 banana
- blueberries
- strawberries
- coquitos (mini coconut)
- black sesame
Preparation
Cook the oats in soy milk until soft and creamy
Stir in hemp seeds, flaxseeds, mashed banana, agave syrup, and green spirulina while cooking or after
Assembly
Place frozen mango at the bottom of the bowl
Add the prepared porridge on top
Top with banana, blueberries, strawberries, coquitos, and black sesame
