Strawberry Banana Oats Breakfast Dish

Ingredients

  • 1 cups Rolled Oats
  • 2 cups Almond Milk
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 5 Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Strawberry Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Toppings

  • Sliced Strawberries
  • Sliced Bananas
  • Hemp seeds
  • Nut butter
  • Nuts or seeds

Preparation

  1. Turn small pot on high heat and add plant-based milk. Reduce to a simmer and add oats.

  2. Blend strawberries and banana, then add to the pot while simmering. Cook for about 10 minutes until most milk is absorbed.

  3. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract and strawberry yogurt.

  4. Add toppings. Cashews complement the strawberry banana flavor well.
