Oat and Smoothie Ice Cream Sandwich

- vanilla extract
- maple syrup
- frozen mango
- pineapple
- banana
- strawberry
- almond milk
- pomegranate seeds
- blueberries
- hemp seeds
- granola
- figs
Preparation
Make your favorite overnight oats or oatmeal just make sure it is nice and thick and not runny. If you are making oatmeal let it cool off completely.
Flavor your oats. I keep it simple so I only add vanilla extract and a tad bit of maple syrup.
Make a thicc smoothie out of your favorite fruits. I combined frozen mango, pineapple, banana and strawberry along few splashes of almond milk to get it to blend.
Add smoothie/nice cream over your oats and add toppings. I added pom seeds, sliced banana, bloobs, hemp seeds, granola and of course, figs.
